Audit
Everything begins with an understanding of your current state.
We’ll combine multiple calls with our Audit Intake checklist to help both sides really understand the current state of your agency. This usually takes 1-2 weeks max.

Align
After completing the Audit, it’s time for both sides to properly organize and prioritize the biggest issues to start tackling.
Maybe it starts with People, or maybe we start with Processes, or maybe Productization. Aligning after the audit will help us all decide how to pursue Action. This takes 1-2 weeks max.

Activate
Like any good task list, the goal to to start solving the problems that we’ve signed after the audit.
We’ll continue this process on a monthly basis until there’s nothing left to solve inside of your agency. You’re the ultimate decider of when we’re ‘finished’. This usually starts after the first 2-4 weeks.
